Plan

  • Plan events with the artistic director

  • Estimate and set budgets

  • Manage the master schedule

  • Learn and apply what we learn from experience to the next event and season - always improve

  • If you like managing projects, have a passion for performing arts, and are looking for a way to engage year round, please join us.

  • We need a minimum of four parent leaders and prefer having eight.

  • We work by consensus in an Agile way so we do not have a “president” etc. We work together and find the roles that fit each of ourselves best, share, and grow as a team that delivers the best experience for our students.

Coordinate

  • Coordinate parents, community organizations, logistics, transportation, prop-building, marketing, merchandise store, fundraising, food, & everything needed for a successful season, and then do it again next year.

  • Administratively manage ACHSMusic.Org to support our Artistic Director and enhance the music curriculum. Includes managing our budget and tracking expenditures.
