APPROVED DRIVER FORM

Parents who would like to Volunteer to be drivers for our students during competition are invited to Register as Approved Drivers. Please fill out the form from the link below.

When the form is complete please email the completed form to transportation@nvusd.org

Vehicles that are older than 10 years old needs to be inspected by the Napa Valley Unified School Districts Transportation Department. Please call Fabiola Figuera at 707.253.3556 option 0 for more information or via email at Fabiola_Figueroa@nvusd.org . Inspections take place at 1340 Menlo Ave, Napa, CA 94558. Please proceed to the Transportation Department. The best time for inspections are usually 8:30 am - 12:30 pm Monday through Friday.
